velsoft (for the base of Rosalina, you can take faux fur and fleece);
thin felt (for muzzle decoration);
threads in the color of the fabric + black;
lace 2 colors (for decoration);

synthetic winterizer (for stuffing);

Cut them out carefully, velsoft is a capricious fabric. We start with the ears. Sew them as below. Turn the ears inside out and stuff with padding polyester.

Put the ears inside the head. Pin along the edge, baste and sew, leaving a hole at the bottom.

Turn the head inside out along with the ears. I got it like this:

Now we have to make Rosalina's face. To do this, take all the details of the face, pin them to the head with pins (so that they do not move out), and then sew them with a small hidden seam.

To apply blush, simply take a pastel chalk and rub the bunny's cheeks, rub with your finger. If the pile on the fabric is not very long, you can do this with a cotton pad, after applying a pastel on it.

Rosalina definitely needs to make a pretty headband! To do this, cut the lace so long that it is slightly longer than the distance between the ears.

Sew the ends of this piece to the ears, as if pulling it.

Now let's make a bow! To do this, take another piece of lace, fold it in half and sew the ends.

Now simply sew a line of running stitches down the center of the bow. And pull off.

First of all, I want to say: this is only a quarter of the pattern (for the head and muzzle), for the nose it is half. For felt parts, allowances are not needed. For everyone else, half a centimeter should be enough.

First of all, cut out and sew the ears together. Trim off excess seam allowances. Turn out the ears.

Ears while you can put aside, take the muzzle and head. Sew the muzzle into the head as shown below.

In order not to get lost, you can make small notes in the same places on the muzzle and border.

Now put the ears inside the Quad Cat where you like and sew them on. Also sew the cat along the edge, leaving a small hole at the bottom.

And sew the bottom hole with a hidden seam. At the bottom you can see the already completely sewn hole.

Our cat is still without a face! Let's fix this. Take the eyes and nose and attach them where you would like to see the muzzle.

We will sew on the eyes and nose. To do this, bring the thread out, as below, and sew with a buttonhole, but VERY small. That is, there should be no distance at all between the stitches.

Necessary materials

faux fur for the heart itself (the pillow is large enough, so the dimensions of the material are decent: 110 x 40 cm);
veil, chiffon or organza for ruffles and flowers (dimensions: 300 x 30 cm);
sintepuh or synthetic winterizer for stuffing;
threads in the color of the fabric;
satin ribbon for a bow;
rhinestones;
pattern paper;
pencil for translating patterns;
scissors;
needle;
pins for pinning patterns and frills.

As you can see, this is only half of our heart. Therefore, when you cut it out, first translate one half, then the other. And so for both parts.

Cut out two pieces so that the direction of the pile on them is the same. Cut off a strip of the following sizes from the veil: 300 x 18 cm. Such a large length is needed so that, with further shirring of this strip, you can insert it into the edges of the pillow.

Now fold the strip in half lengthwise. Sew on the sewing machine two lines at a distance from the edge and from each other by about 5 - 7 mm. But do not fasten the ends of the thread! And leave a larger supply of thread on all sides.

We haven't secured our stitches, so now we can tighten them. Just pull on both threads and slowly gather our frill to the desired state (the length of the finished frill should be equal to the length of the edge of the pillow itself).

After the threads are tightened, tie all the threads into knots at the ends and cut off the excess threads.

Now you need to put the frill inside the pillow, as shown below, and stick it in.

And then sweep and sew, without sewing to the end. Leave a small hole. After everything is sewn, turn the future pillow inside out and stuff it with sintepuh.

Now sew together the ends of the frill, as in the bottom photo.

If you have a small spare of frill left, then you can hide the seam slightly by laying a small fold. It remains to sew up the left hole.

Our pillow, of course, is good, but there are not enough decorative elements on it, so we will make roses with you To make roses, you will need 3 strips of veil with the following dimensions: 9 x 50 cm, 5 x 30 cm and 4 x 17 cm. as well as a frill for a pillow.

It's time to wrap our rose! To do this, start folding the rosette, as below. But when wrapping the flower, bend the edges of the rose to make it look more natural. Make all 3 roses in this manner.

if a sewing machine is used for sewing, then the lower and upper threads in it must be the same;
a thin thread on a dense fabric will break, and a thick thread on a thin fabric will tighten the product, spoiling the appearance;
if it is not possible to choose threads to match the fabric, then you should take threads 1-2 tones darker than the fabric, so the stitches will be less noticeable.

The work consists of several simple steps:

cut out a rectangle on the fabric measuring 46x30 cm;

from a fabric for decoration in the form of a flower, we cut out a rectangle 6x21 cm, three squares 10x10;
First we create a decor element. To do this, fold the rectangle of fabric in half, before bending the fabric to the wrong side and ironing it. We do the same with the fabric squares. For folded squares, we cut off the corners from the side of the slices, thus obtaining a sector of the circle. cut out a piece of cardboard with approximate dimensions: top width 9.5 cm, width 19.7 cm, height 14.6 cm;

we insert the resulting cardboard template into the middle of the “bag” so that its narrow side is located towards the flower;

fill the place on top of the cardboard with filler;
we sew the side from the wide edge of the cardboard part;

we turn the unsewn fabric inside;

we chop off with pins and sew again;

do not sew the edge to the end, leaving an opening for adding filler;

Sintepuh (not to be confused with synthetic winterizer);
Holofiber.

These materials are hypoallergenic, keep their shape well after washing, and they can be washed in a washing machine at low temperature even with a spin cycle. Unfortunately, synthetic winterizer, natural fluff, buckwheat, batting, foam rubber and other fillers do not have such properties.

If you want to make a decorative and sleeping pillow at the same time, for example, a cushion or a side for a crib, then it is recommended to sew not just a pillow, but a pillowcase with a pillowcase. After all, removable pillowcases are much easier to wash, besides, by sewing one pillowcase and a pair of matching pillowcases, you can update the interior according to your mood.

Master class number 1: Sweater cloud pillow

As you know, the world of children's interiors has its own trends, and such pillows in the form of clouds are just at the peak of popularity. In this master class, we will tell you how to sew a soft cloud with your own hands from any sweater in a pleasant color.

Materials:

Sweater (preferably made of polyester, not acrylic. By the way, instead of a sweater, you can take an old cotton sweatshirt, T-shirt, etc.);

Sewing machine (if any);
Paper for making patterns.

Step 1. We draw a pattern on paper in the form of a cloud or any other figure that you like.

Step 2. Turn the sweater inside out (!) and attach the resulting template (including the back layer of fabric) to it with pins as shown in the photo. Then we trace the contour of the cloud and begin to cut out blanks with an indent of about 0.7 mm (for allowances).

Step. 3. Now we begin to grind the two parts of the pillow along the previously drawn contour, but be sure to leave about 10 cm unsewn.

Step 4. In the places where the cloud is rounded and in the corners, we make cuts - this will make the shape of the pillow neater and more correct.

Step 5. Turn the pillow inside out and stuff it tightly with filler, helping yourself, for example, with a Chinese stick. Lastly, close the opening with a blind stitch.

Woo-ala! The baby pillow is ready!

Master class number 2: Pillow-letter

And now we offer to sew another simple, but original letter pillow, which will help to personalize the nursery or bed, if, for example, there are more children.

Materials:

Textile;
Sintepukh;
Sewing accessories;
Sewing machine.

By combining 3 types of fabric, you can use leftover leftovers and make the pillow design more fun.

Step 1. Select a letter, draw it (or print it in A4 format) and cut it out along the contour.

Step 2. Now we need to cut out two parts of the pillow - front and back.

To cut the front of the pillow, you need to: on the fabric lying face up, put our template with the same face up, circle it and then cut out the blank.
To cut out the back side of the letter, you need to: do everything the same, but first turn the template upside down, that is, according to the principle of mirror reflection.

Step 3. Now you should prepare the sidewall of the pillow.

Its length should be equal to the perimeter of the letter + 2 cm for allowances. You determine the width of the sidewall yourself, for example, it can be 4 cm, then, taking into account the 2 cm allowance for the seams, the width of the workpiece will be 6 cm.

But since you probably won't be able to cut a single strip of fabric, you will need to cut several strips of the same width and sew them together to end up with one strip of the desired length.

Step 4. Sew the sidewall to the first letter. To do this, we fold them facing each other and begin to grind around the entire perimeter of the workpiece.

For convenience, the side strip can be attached with pins.

We repeat the same procedure with the second half of the pillow, but leave a small segment unfinished.

Options are presented in order of complexity. So if you are a beginner, choose the first method. For advanced craftswomen, any method is suitable.

If you decide to take a ready-made sample, just print it at the desired scale. If the template does not fit on an A4 sheet, you will have to glue it in two parts using adhesive tape.

We present to your attention the easiest template that even a schoolgirl can do the job. It is necessary to cut out two mirror parts from the fabric, sew them on the wrong side, leaving a hole, turn it out, fill it with padding polyester and sew everything up with a hidden seam.

The next template is made in the same way, only the final step will be to make the tail as a separate part and sew it to the base.

To any of the previous templates, you can add a muzzle, the details of which are easy to use from the pattern of the previous section. The owl shown in the figure below is also performed. All small parts are attached to the front side of one of the base parts. If you make them from fleece, then they can even be glued last.

These are so simple, and at the same time original, you can make do-it-yourself pillow toys. Patterns (photos below) of dogs and bones will make an interesting composition for your sofa.

The collar is easy to arrange by tying the finished item with a satin ribbon or braid. The bone pattern shows incisions that should be made after stitching the seams from the inside out, so that it is more convenient to turn the product inside out and the fabric does not warp.
