And in order to disassemble seafood into fibers, it must first be cut into two or three pieces, and then into two more halves. And then divide it into fibers, helping yourself with a knife. This way the disassembled straw will be short and the same size.

4. Add the egg, cooled rice, and corn, from which all the liquid has previously been drained. And also chopped green onions and dill. And some people like dill more. It will not be considered a mistake to use it either.

We will need:

  • crab sticks – 200 g (or meat)
  • seaweed – 200 gr
  • bell pepper – 1 piece (preferably red or yellow)
  • boiled egg – 3 pcs
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

1. Cut crab sticks into strips or small pieces.

2. Use brightly colored bell peppers to make the salad beautiful. A bright red fruit, or orange, or yellow will do. Peel it from the stalk and seeds and cut into strips.

3. Place ingredients in a bowl. Add chopped garlic and seaweed to them.

4. Cut the eggs into cubes and add to the bowl. Season with mayonnaise and mix.

Instead of mayonnaise, you can use olive oil, or olive oil and soy sauce, or vinaigrette. To prepare it, you need to mix mustard, wine vinegar and vegetable oil.

We will need:

  • crab sticks – 200 gr
  • shrimp – 300 gr
  • boiled egg – 1 pc.
  • pickled cucumbers (gherkins) – 8 pcs.
  • pitted olives – 0.5 cans
  • lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp. spoon

Preparation:

1. Boil shrimp in salted water and peel them. Then cut them into small pieces. Leave some for decoration.

2. Cut the sticks, gherkins and egg into small cubes. Olives can be cut into thin slices.

3. Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix two tablespoons of mayonnaise and a spoon of soy sauce. If you like more mayonnaise, you can add a little more.

4. Mix all ingredients, placing them in a common bowl. Sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon. Then season with the prepared sauce. Mix.

5. Place in a deep or flat dish, decorate and serve.

We will need:

  • crab sticks – 200 g (meat can be used)
  • boiled rice – 1 cup (1/4 part dry)

It is best to cook it in a springform baking dish, or cut a form out of cardboard. In this case, it will look like a cake. But if you don’t want to do this, you can simply lay it out in layers in a deep dish. This will not affect the quality of taste in any way.

Each layer should be generously greased with mayonnaise.
